  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain products, such as perishable goods or custom-made items, are not eligible for returns. If a product is ineligible for return, it will be noted on its product page.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email sales@davidraymond.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions, including a return shipping address.
  • Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refunds.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless agreement with David Raymond with regards Guarantee / Warranty is met. Contact customer services at: sales@davindraymond.shop.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at sales@davidraymond.shop.
  • Exchanges are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
